We are sad to announce that, on May 5, 2025, at the age of 87, William K. Alt of Ridgeley, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alt and Catherine Alt (Pratt); his wife Mary Alt (Offutt); and his sister Judith Keene. He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Howard (Jim) and Julie Levine (Alex); his grandchildren, Brian Howard, Kelsey Howard, Jamie Howard, Owen Levine and Charlotte Levine; and his great grandchild Remy Howard. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
