It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Allen of Ridgeview, West Virginia, who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Travis Pritt; her parents, Cecil Edward and Betty Charlene Halstead Atkins; her siblings, Jackie Atkins and Mollie Hughes; and her grandson Derick Pritt.
She is survived by: her husband Danny Allen of Ridgeview; her son Ricky Pritt (Johni) of Ridgeview; her siblings, Debra Barker of Drawdy, Margaret Slone of Rock Creek, Vicky Crone (David) of Charleston, Drema Tomblin of Charleston and Johnny Atkins (Lydia) of Seth; her grandchildren, Ericka, Allie, Patrick, Tylor, Cole, Nathaniel, Hunter and Andrew; and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Aeson, Posie, Nadia, Nyla, Kaysen and Delana.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Estep Cemetery.
