He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Kinser; his children, Ricky Kinser II (Mary), Franklin Payne (Mary) and Amanda Perez (James); his siblings, Debbie Ferguson, Joan Johnson (Chris), Cherry Brandt (Dennis), Christis Chafins (Bo), Rodney "Hoss" Kinser, Al Kinser, Rusty Kinser (Igna) and Rowdy Kinser (Lisa); his grandchildren, Makayla, Ward, Hunter of John, Eric "Bubba", Hannah (Devin), Franklin and Abagail; and his great grandchildren, Adelyn and Haisley.
