He is survived by: his children, Jamie Cook (Mark) of Maysville, WV, Ashley Weasenforth (Clint) of Maysville, WV and Daivd Willis of Rig, WV; his grandchildren, Tori Weasenforth, Jailyn Cook (Austin Berg) and Marlie Cook (Matthew Hall); his great grandchild Brynlee Hall; and his sisters, Anna Lee Crites of Petersburg, WV, Shirley Willis of Rig, WV and Sharon Paugh (Lewis) of Baker, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Schaeffer Funeral Home (11 N Main St, Petersburg, WV 26847). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
