She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl E. Parsons and Eva Parsons (Merical); and her husband Dwight Raines. She is survived by: her children, Steven D. Raines (Velieca) of Ripley and Diane Lynn Holbert (Allen) of Morgantown; and her sister Betty L. Wilson of Teays Valley. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
