It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Edgell of Ripley, West Virginia, born in Looneyville, West Virginia, who passed away on March 25, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George Bowen of Washington and Vesta Amma Cottrell Bowen; her husband Rev. Romie J. Edgell; her sons, Charles Edward Edgell, John Wesley Edgell and Timothy Wayne Edgell; and her siblings, Ray Bowen, John Bowen, Ernestine Carpenter and Marie Hively. She is also survived by her grandchildren; great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
