He is survived by: his wife Pat White Raines; his children, Kenny Raines (Veronica), Stacy Parsons (Happy Joe) and Ginger Mullins (Steve); his sisters, Joyce Gill (Lowell), Linda Sharon Parslow (William) and Kathy Kugel (Thomas); his grandchildren, Luke Parsons (Taylor), Jared Parsons (Emily), Seth Parsons (Samantha), Derek Mullins (Courtney), Jillian Oldham (Michael), Joseph Shaver (Amy), Jonathan Raines (Madison), Adam Raines, Daniel Raines, James Mounie, David Mounie, Joseph Mounie (Tatianna) and Steven Mounie (Leanna); and his great grandchildren, Landon, Lily, Willa, Knox, Crew, Emmy, Jared II, Lucas, Eli, Cooper, Dawson, Rileigh, Dakota, Joseph, Juliana, Anaiya and Vincent.
