It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Lee Counts of Ripley, West Virginia, who passed away on February 13, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Macil Counts; his brother Roger Counts; and his daughter Tracy Hall. He is survived by: his siblings, Toby Counts and Louise Casto; his daughters, Beverly Estep (John Estep) and Mistie Jackson (Michael Jackson); his grandchildren, Cody Hall, Patrick Counts, Sarah Estep, Logan Jackson and Matthew Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Colt, Elisa and Braylee.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hubbard Hospice House of Charleston.
