He was predeceased by: his parents, Lovell Boggess and Pearl Walker (Daniel "Web"); his daughter Renate Hutton; and his siblings, Webster Walker, Jerry Walker, John Boggess (Ginger), Blake Boggess, Bruce Boggess and Arlene Spellman.
He is survived by: his grandson Richard "Ricky" L. Hutton (Gudrun) of Wels; his sisters, Nancy Kingery of Ripley and Ruth Strickland of Cary, NC; his nieces, Amy Boggess of Winfield, Anita Taylor (Glenn) of Ripley, Lea Ann Stickland of Cary, NC and Carrie Boggess of Matthews, NC; his nephew Jeremy Kingery of Ripley; and his wife Sissy.
