In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy John leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Shirley Mae Ramsey and Walter Harrison; his grandparents, John and Lena Bowman (Balser); his wife Jorita Mae Bowman; his siblings, Arthur Ramsey (Timmy) of Sissonville, WV, William (Willie) of Sissonville, WV, Ona Elmore (Charles) of Ripley, WV, Ruby Kay of Spencer, WV, Ada Ramsey (Arlene) of Ripley, WV and Calvin Ramsey (Sabrina) of Jonesville; and his cousin Frannie Casto (John). He was also cherished by 18 nieces and nephews and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
