He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Armstrong and Delia Holley Armstrong; his son John C. Armstrong; and his brother Cecil Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Diana Wine Armstrong; his daughter Karli Armstrong; his grandchildren, Callie Skeen, Clayton Skeen, Carson Kidd and Kobe Kidd; and his siblings, Arlenea Price (Jon) and Jimmy Adkins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Curry Funeral Home (2097 Childress Rd, Alum Creek, WV 25003). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
