He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Westfall and Gladys Westfall; his sisters, Paulette Conrad (Charles) and Wanda Jackson (Archie); his niece Betsy; and his grandson Kyle Landis.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Westfall; his sons, Kenneth Carl Westfall (Christian) and Brian Lee Westfall (Gary); his stepsons, Ricky Landis (Lisa) and Chuck Landis (Annette); and his siblings, Eugene Hughes (Anita), Vincent Junior Westfall (Delcie) and Judy A Suek (John). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be put towards monument expenses.
