With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marcelene Starcher (Ripley, West Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 9, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Cochran and Jewell Halstead Cochran; and her siblings, Junior Cochran, Marvin Cochran, Curtis Cochran, Dennis Cochran and Glennis Farmer.
She is survived by: her husband Royal Starcher; her sons, Harry Cletus Starcher (Patty Rider) and James Starcher (Karen); her grandchildren, Justin Starcher (Iris), Jarrod Starcher (Jessica) and Camichell Selby (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Lenny, Clara, Rebecca, Jarrod Jr., Grace and Brady; and her brother Dorsel Cochran.
