She was predeceased by : her father Orin Preston McClain; her stepmother Marianne McClain; her brothers, Morgan McClain and Marlin McClain; her grandson Adrian Ames Cooke; and her half-sister Marita.

She is survived by : her daughter Melissa Ann Fields (Roy David Danko) of Cottageville; her brothers, Wyatt McClain (Tina), Bart McClain (Betsy) and James McClain (Kelleyn); her half-sister Gudren; and her grandchildren, George, David, Joy, Henry, Bentley, Eddie, James and Lilly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
