He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Lowe and Clara Ross Lowe; his wife Julia Lowe; and his siblings, Adell, Lois, Vivian, Shirley, Bernard, Lowell, Bruce and Denny.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Lowe (Terri) of Spencer, Greg Lowe (Jane Ann) of St Albans, Mark Lowe (Suzy) of Mason County and Krystle Sas Russ of Montana. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
