He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd McVay and Nellie McVay (Flesher); his wife Jeanette; and his siblings, James, Lloyd, Jr. and Freda Carmichael.
He is survived by: his son Randy (Tammie) of Ponte Vedra, FL; and his granddaughter Breanna of Jacksonville, FL..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Casto Funeral Home - Evans (157 Evans Rd, Evans, WV 25241). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the Calvary United Methodist Church or the charity of your choice.
