She is survived by: her husband Orval "Buster" Starcher; her daughters, Sonya Arthur of Charleston and Brandie Veres (Gary) of St. Albans; her granddaughter Ara of South Charleston; and her sisters, Dottie Fisher of Kenna and Deanna Burnside (Roger) of Hometown, WV.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
