He is survived by: his wife Cynthia of Ripley, WV; his son Joel of Ripley; his siblings, Rebecca Earl (Andrew) of Morgantown, WV and Mark Stophel of Weston, WV.; and his nephews, Seth Earl (Alexandra) of Morgantown and Joshua Earl (Brittany) of St Thomas, PA. He is also survived by niece and nephew.
