We are sad to announce that, on December 22, 2025, at the age of 89, Helen Louise Hedrick of Riverton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Luzier and Elsie Luzier; her husband Earl Hedrick; her son Dennis; and her brothers, Tom and Ed Luzier.

She is survived by: her children, Janet Cox (Bill) of Madison, WI, Kathy Hedrick of Petersburg, WV, Karen Fisher (Rick) of Petersburg, WV and Darin Hedrick (Tina) of Petersburg, WV; her sister Paula Jones; and her sister-in-law Carol Luzier of Cortland, OH.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

“I'm so sad to hear about your mom. I have such a vivid memory of her laugh and the way she would say (I think) "now Buzz...." when your dad would say something she thought was out of line. I also remember one or two Augusts when Lisa and I and mom helped your mom can peaches in the house in Manassas. It was hot, sweaty, and sticky. Peach juice up to our elbows!
