He is survived by: his wife Gena Harper (Burch); his daughter Betty Harper of Riverton, WV; his stepchildren, Virginia Bruce (Eric) of Cambridge, MD and Adam Swift of Augusta, GA; and his siblings, Lucy Kisamore of Riverton, WV, Rebecca Funk (Mike) of Rowlesburg, WV and Berlin Harper (Debbie) of Seneca Rocks, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
