He is survived by: his wife Erma Lou Wix Watkins; his sons, Brian Watkins of Rivesville and James Watkins of Mannington; his brothers, Paul and Ronald Watkins; and his grandchildren, Brian Watkins Jr., Tylan Watkins, James Watkins and Joseph Watkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
