She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Adkins and Georgia Adkins; her husband Charlie Fred Spence; her sons, Terry Dale Spence and Larry Dale "Oochie" Spence; and her brother Rufford.
She is survived by: her daughter Yvonne Spence of Robinette; her grandchildren, Ashton Bailey (Michael) of Accoville and Terri Adkins (Nick) of Mallory; her great grandchildren, Charleigh Jo Conley, Spencer Adkins, Kori Bailey and Tripp Bailey; and her nephew Danny Williams (Tiny Collins) of Robinette. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
