She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Crawford and Mabel McCray Crawford; her former husband Verl Gene Powers; her husband Donald L. Long; and her siblings, Onalea Hoke, Leota Holderbaum, Mary Cutright, Hildred Lake and Thomas Crawford.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry W. Powers (Sharon) of French Creek, Tink Powers (Jennifer) of Buckhannon, Abel (Sherry Powers) of Rock Cave and Larry Powers (Valerie Lycett) of Rock Cave; her grandchildren, Brad Powers, Andrea Brown, Amber Powers, Niki Wilson, Dale Gene Powers, Jenna Phillips and Jacob Powers; her great grandchildren, Gavin Brown, Ashlynn Brown, Devin Wilson, Tristin Boatright, Racer Boatright, Seth Warner, Oakley, Azlynne and Bristol Powers; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Arianna and Levi Brown; her sister Jean Rounds (Bruce) of Carthage, NY.; and also Cody Brown.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church (15801 WV-20, Rock Cave, WV 26234). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at the Salem Ridge Cemetery.
