He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Sutphin (Rick) of Kansas City, KS and Jackie Martin (Novel) of Roanoke, VA; his sisters, Ruby O'Farrell of Union, WV and Anna Lee Simms of Port Orange, FL; his niece Kim Mealy (Mike) of Fort Mill, SC; his great-niece Mikala Nicolson (Jacob); his close friends, Charles, Donnie, Frankie Nowlin and James Raines; and his cousin Dan Copeland. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
