He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Bailey (Danny) of Beckley and Eric Johnston (Belinda) of Bluefield; his grandchildren, Isabella, Elena, Jarrett Bailey, Konner and Zoey Johnston; and his siblings, Vicki Meadows of Princeton, Verlin Johnston (Mary Ellen) of Matoaka, Larry Johnston (Donna) of Princeton and Michael Johnston of Kegley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
