We are sad to announce that, on December 23, 2019, at the age of 93, Bill Clark (Romney, West Virginia), born in Ironton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sampson H. Clark and Chattie Mullins Clark; his wife Beatrice Clark; and his grandson Scott Allen. He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Allen (Robert) of Romney, Linda Giles of Huntington, WV and Cynthia Winter (Curtis) of Berryville, VA; and his sister Carrie Lutz of Tituville, FL.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Hampshire County Committee on Aging, Romney Center, 280 School St., Romney, WV 26757.
