He was predeceased by: his parents, Omega Pettigrew Burdine and Lucille Mae Woodard; and his sister Faye Brown. He is survived by: his sons, David Burdine (Amanda) of Romney, WV and Dennis Burdine of Oregon; and his grandchildren, Bailey, Kiley, Hank, Bodie and Ashlyn.
