She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Paugh and Bonnie Stephenson; her children, Paul Pownall II and Barbara Cooley; her grandchildren, Keyontae Clay, Kendall Cooley and Lincoln Pownall; and her grandmother Deloris Bunting (Denzel Kidwell).
Judy had a love for cats and spent most of her life rescuing, spaying and neutering hundreds of cats, donating to local rescues and making sure every cat had a home.
