She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Carder and Juanita Carder (Timbrook); and her sister Kay Kline. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Loy of High View, WV and Eliza Dawn Fishel of Greenspring, WV; and her siblings, Becky Whisner of Greenspring, WV, Teresa Slonaker of Capon Bridge, WV and Charles "Chuck" Carder of Oldtown, MD.. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
