She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Rohrbaugh and Betty Ann Rohrbaugh (Mayfield); and her son Jackie Leon Handy, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Peter E. Handy of Romney, WV, Eric Handy of Romney, WV and Carrie Handy-Wright (Denzil) of Romney, WV; and her sister Paula Parsons of Maryland.
