He was predeceased by: his father James Jarrell; and his brother James "Doug" Jarrell. He is survived by: his mother Martha Peters Jarrell of Perryville, MD.; his wife Angela Jarrell (Sexton); his daughters, Meagan Sexton of Romney, WV and Elizabeth Durm of Cumberland, MD; his sister Susan Adams (Steven) of Perryville, MD; and his nephews, Eric Adams and James Adams (Brittni). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
