Cowie of Romney, WV, Mariam Cowie of Romney, Jose Cowie of Berryville, VA, Miranda Cowie and Lydia Cowie of Hedgesville, WV; and his siblings, Robert and Gloria. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
