She is survived by: her children, Rickey Toothman (Judy), Diane Boggs (Ricky) and Doug Toothman; her grandsons, Kevin Boggs (Renee), Keith Boggs (Amanda), Brian Toothman (Jessica), Chad Boggs (Ashley), Brandon Boggs and Mark Toothman (Carleigh); her great grandchildren, Emma, Dylan, Matthew, Ethan, Kaylee, Carly, Caitlynn, Mikayla, Chance, Caden and Walker; and her sisters, Carolyn Dunbar and Twila Weikle.
