He is survived by: his parents, Roger Lewis Forren of Ronceverte and Elizabeth Bell "Liz" Hall Davis of Lewisburg; his children, Adriel, Camron, Trinity, Dupree, Skyler and Hayden; and his siblings, Donnie Forren of Ronceverte, Kevin Davis of Lewisburg, Lisa Swann (George) of Barboursville, Tammy Baker of Ronceverte and Kathy Hanson (Thomas) of Ronceverte. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews; one great niece and one great nephew.
