Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Keith Cooper Sr. and Amelia Louise Heisler Cooper; and his adoptive parents, Jeanette Florence and George W. Farr. He is survived by: his sister Mary Jane Cooper (William "Billy" Cooper) of Port Richie, FL; his niece Ruby Vargas; his nephew Fred Such; and his close friend Terry Farr (Tracy) of Ronceverte, WV.
