Pack, Jr. (Linda) of Fairlea; her grandchildren, Justin Huffman, Amber Guthrie (Eric) and Jaylah Hoke; her great grandchild Chase Guthrie; her siblings, Regina Meador (Dannie) of Jumping Branch, WV, Rita Youkers (Bill) of Fayetteville, NC, Ray Adkins (Sue) of Prosperity, WV., Ronnie Adkins of Prosperity, WV and Roger Adkins (Tammie) of Crow, WV; and her sister-in-law Gay Adkins of Crow, WV.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
