He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Elsworth and Edith Mae Dunbar Dixon; and his siblings, Elizabeth Honaker, Joyce Evans, Faith, Woodrow Lephew and Gene Lephew.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Jean Terry Dixon of Sinks Grove, WV; his children, Steven Dixon (Desiree) of Peterstown, WV and Rachel Dixon of Sinks Grove, WV; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Hughart, Delilah Hughart and Aurora Dixon; his brothers, Tony Dixon (Jackie) of Sinks Grove, WV and Johnny Dixon (Becky) of Union, WV; and his sister-in-law Donna Kirk of Union, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
