He was predeceased by: his parents, David Long and Betty Gladwell Long; his sister Mary Lynn "Bunny" Wooten; and his grandparents, Lynn, Mary McNulty Gladwell, Vernal and Clemmie Tracy Long.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Long; his daughters, Autumn Tracy Waid (James), Meredith Whited (Carrington Bryant) and Caitlin White (Daniel); his grandchildren, Emma Grant, Zion Detko, Annie Whited, Cora Whited, Evie Waid, Caden White, Declan White and Aven White; and his nephews, Chris and Bryan Powell.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morgan Funeral Home (252 Montvue Dr, Lewisburg, WV 24901). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (373 Pocahontas Ave, Ronceverte, WV 24970).
