It is with sadness that the passing of Clelly Ralph Frame of Rosedale, West Virginia is shared. Clelly, born on August 22, 1954, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Creed and Lucille Lanham Frame; his foster parents, Ruffner Cottrill and Becky Cottrill; his siblings, Mary, Gay, Betty Jo, Karol, Vernon, Sam, Bill and Roger; and his foster sisters, Mildred and Madelene.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Dobbins Frame; his daughters, Kimberely (Mark Minney II) of Perkins and Latasha Frame (J. D. Isenhart) of Shock; his grandchild Zoie Harris; his stepgrandchildren, Kayla Minney, Mark Minney III, L. D. Isenhart and James Isenhart; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ryleigh, Waylon, Cheyenne and Hazel; his son Lonnie Short of Cleveland, Ohio; his pet Dutchess; and his foster siblings, Keran Hart of Shock and Johnny Howes of Rosedale. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Richard M. Roach Funeral Home (708 Braxton St, Gassaway, WV 26624). A burial was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Roach Funeral Home (708 Braxton St, Gassaway, WV 26624).
