She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorsey Bennett and Thelma Conrad Bennett; her son Andrew Frame; her former husband Albert Floyd Frame; and her husband Carrell Leon Burns.

She is survived by: her sons, David Frame (Janice) of Elyria, Dennis Frame (Kimberly) of Rosedale and Albert Frame (Doramae) of Rosedale; her grandchildren, Justin Frame, Judith Boyce of Bug Ridge, Tiffany Frame, Devin Brogan of Charleston, Tyler Miller (Karen) of Branchland, WV, Ashlyn Frame of Rosedale, Jonathan Frame of Sutton, Amber Santelli (Tom) of Pennsylvania and Ed Frame (Jared Lockhart) of Buffalo; her great grandchildren, Elias, Ezekias, Bradley, Thomas "Taz", Liam, Gauge and Clairabella; and her sister Betty Montgomery of Romney, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Roach Funeral Home (708 Braxton St, Gassaway, WV 26624). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
