He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Gary (Missy), Brittany, Anthony (Allison), Derek (Renee) and Saleena (Jonathan); his brothers, Brad (Noelle) and Brian (Laura); his stepfather Delbert; and his mother-in-law Mary. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
