He is survived by: his mother Nina "Toni" Frances Eddy (Dean); his wife Glenna Viola Bolyard (Dixon); his sons, Jedidiah Bolyard (Mary Riley) and Jeremiah Bolyard; his grandchildren, Evelyn, Scarlett, Ameyla, Blake, Timmy, Alexis, Delaney, Alexa Dell and Miana Longerbeam; and his brothers, Paul Bolyard (Laura) of Lake Worth and Dean Bolyard (Kim) of Kingwood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
