He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard Bulford and Emogean Alta Bulford (Lee); his siblings, James Bulford and Penny Baker; his niece Misty Bulford; and his mother-in-law Charlene Sisler.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Jean Bulford (Sisler); his children, Jeremy Bulford (Heather) of Rowlesburg, Cody Bulford (Brittany) of Rowlesburg and Elizabeth Bray (Ryan) of Rowlesburg; his grandchildren, Raylynn, Devanee, Isaiah, Donnie, Rurick, Arabella and Rogann; his siblings, Larry Bulford, Sidna Wilson, Rebecca Poling, Robin Sigley and Terry Bulford; his siblings-in-law, Harry Sisler (Heidi) and Joyce Bulford (Wally); his father-in-law Delmar Sisler; and his extended family, Nicole Shay (Jared), Paxton and Chad. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kingwood Funeral Home (295 S Price St, Kingwood, WV 26537). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
