It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Arbogast of Rowlesburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 17, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruby Arbogast to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Nelson and Betty Nelson (Pitzer); her husband Gary "Ginsang" Paul Arbogast, Sr.; and her siblings, Dennis Nelson, Bill Plum and Rebecca Nelson.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Arbogast, Jr. (Sheila) of Elkins, Olie Arbogast (Bridgette Flemins) of Rowlesburg, Chris Arbogast of Rowlesburg, Joseph Arbogast (Andrea) and Tracy Freeland (John Baron) of Morgantown; and her siblings, Jerry Nelson of Parsons and Dorothy Wilson of Belington. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
