Looney (Alice), Clarence Looney (Doris) and Ronald Looney (Vicky).
She is survived by: her stepmother Nina Bell Looney; her son Charles H. Duff; her daughter-in-law Kimberly Duff; and her grandchildren, Norman Christopher Duff, Gwendolyn Secorsky (Michael), Jonathan T. Duff (Beth), Amy M. Azevedo (John), David Duff, Holly D. Winnel (Charles) and C. Cameron Duff. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home (1325 W Washington St, Charleston, WV 25302). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
