He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his siblings, Roy VanHorn and Darlene Nagao; his children, Toi, Troy, Seth and Ashley VanHorn; his grandchildren, Makiya Fields, Chance Thomas, Chenoah VanHorn, Lucas VanHorn, Nevaeh VanHorn, Layla VanHorn, Bratch Bailey, Blayden VanHorn and Adelee Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Khloe Thomas and Wynonna Fields.
