We are sad to announce that on May 5, 2025, at the age of 85, Joe Darrell Cantrell of Saint Albans, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Bradley Cantrell and Pauline Gott Cantrell; and his brother Paul James Cantrell. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Cantrell; his children, Jody Agosti (David) and Scott Cantrell (Kristin); his grandchildren, Danielle Sizemore, Katie Garten, Bradley Cantrell (Arika), Grace Cantrell and Valery Namay (Matt); his great grandchildren, Gavin Garten, Kasen Garten, Brycen Garten, Matthew Namay and Dustin Cantrell; his niece Tara Cantrell; and his close friend Bill Legg.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cooke Funeral Home Chapel (2002 20th St, Nitro, WV 25143). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Cunningham Memorial Park - Saint Albans (815 Cunningham Ln, St Albans, WV 25177).
