He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold John Baker and Nellie Daugherty Baker; his former wife JoyceBell Baker; his son Shawn Scott Baker; and his brothers, Gary and Richard Baker (Joyce Salinger).
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Baker of Saint Albans; his daughter Lauren Lozano (Lester) of Dunbar; his stepchildren, Eric Laverackof South (Stephanie), Candy Creiglow (Lee) of Reynoldsburg and Jay Laverack (Nikki) of Saint Albans; his grandchildren, Chloe, Madison, Franklin, Connor and Gigi; his great grandchild Elara; and his sisters-in-law, Louise Baker and Sandra Baker.
