He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Henry Taylor and Mary Steele; his wife Alta Mae; his daughter Delberta Mae Taylor; and his siblings, Luella Wise, Navella Taylor, Mary Lea Greathouse, Franklin Taylor, Harold Taylor, Ernestine Schrebe, Arthur Taylor and Donald Dean Taylor.
He is survived by: his sons, Delbert Michael Taylor (Delores), Clifford Eugene Taylor (Julie), Matthew Arnold Taylor (Dawna), Vernon Wayne Taylor and Stephen Guy Taylor (Lori); his grandchildren, Lee Taylor (Shawna), Hannah Harper (Luke), Cody Baker, Sarah Nichols (TJ), Rachel Koontz (Adam), Brittney Murphy (Chad), Morgan Woodburn (Caleb) and Luke Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Kinslee, Piper, Cohen, Hadley, Grady, Griffey, Marybeth, Larry of Navella, DJ, Raylan, Jayce, Cullen and Stetson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
