He is survived by: his brother David DeBlasis of Bethany Beach, DE; his daughter Dr. Shelley DeBlasis of Arnold, MD; his stepson Larry Govedich of Spring Hill, FL; his children, Tadd, Carey and Steven Govedich; his grandchildren, Megan and Madison; his nephew Garry; Heather.
